The site isn’t huge but it is gravel, forest and grass ground. Some areas of the site are considered to be difficult terrain but can mostly be avoided. The campsite is held on a grass field, please also bare this in mind. The walk to and from the entrance gate, from the main festival area is on a slight slope.

Disabled toilets will be situated next to the main toilets.

Core Element uses moving lights, flashing lights, strobes and lasers. These will only be active during evening hours.

Stonehorse medical services professionals can be found at the welfare tent at all times. Stonehorse medical services provides care for many UK fandom events and will be able to assist you with both physical and mental health related issues.

Please be advised that the festival is a natural site with uneven grounds and mild ground inclines. People with accessibility issues who are driving can notify staff to allow the vehicle to be parked closer to the forest entrance. If you are taking the shuttle bus, the bus will be turning around close to the entry gate which is a slightly uphill. This is a 10 minute walk away from the entrance gate. People in taxis should notify the gate attendant that they wish to be dropped off close to the forest area, and directions will be given.
