During the day, sound levels will be relatively low. It’ll be mostly the chattering of fellow creatures. During the night however, within the campsite there may be people laughing and the bass of the stages. Having been to a festival held on this site, the trees do an excellent job of muffling the sound. From 11pm onwards, people are to respect the quiet in the camp site. However, we can’t guarantee complete silence throughout the night. We suggest purchasing earplugs just in case.

We won’t have showers for the first event. Therefore, please bring deodorant, body wipes and a flannel for washing. Portable showers are also something you can buy!

It will be summer time, please be careful if you are choosing to get into costume or fursuit and always keep on top of your hydration. If the sun is out and temps are high, we advise not fursuiting from 12-3pm, or keep within the tree cover areas. The costume and fursuit lounge will be stocked with cool water, rehydration supplies and snacks. Never costume without hydration.

You may want to bring a bed of sorts, the ground is hard even through a sleeping bag! Inflatable ones are my go to. Do make sure you measure the bed and the inside of your tent. Some beds are quite long and may not fit into small tents.

-
Please bring a charging bank for your devices! We may have some sockets on site, but they will be very limited. They will be especially limited if people do not bring power banks! Please keep power banks out of direct sunlight.
-
General festival etiquette is to be considerate of your fellow creatures. Do not play music too loud and turn it off at 11pm. Be quiet in the camp site after 11pm, the main woodland area has many places to party as a group away from the crowds if you want some privacy. Look after each other and report any bad behaviour.

Festival food and drink will be available on site, but not 24/7. The bar and food trucks will close for periods of time. Consider bringing snacks just in case you get hungry and cannot access a food truck. Water will always be available on site. Food delivery does deliver to the site. We are looking into having signage for a food delivery parking spot.

It may be summer, but it still gets chilly at night. Please bring a warm sleeping bag if you get cold easily, with warm clothes. If the sun is out in the morning, the tent can get rather hot. So as much as it is tempting to go all night and just sleep through the morning, we advise going to bed when the main stages close to get a good night sleep. If your tent is too hot, it’s quite a normal for festival goers to find some tree cover and nap with friends in the late morning. We won’t stop you from napping.

Night time is a magical time, especially in the beautifully lit woods. All those coloured lights and cosy festoon lighting, it will be fantastic. Soft festoon lights will light the campsite for navigation, but it may be dark in your tent. We advise fairy lights and camp lights to see in your tents at night. Also, please remove fursuit heads in the campsite, as you may not spot guide ropes and trip.
