Registration terms

These terms are a legally binding agreement between BeautyOfTheBass Events Ltd (hereafter referred to as Core Element or The Event) and all registered attendees.

Terms:

I have read all terms & conditions, including this one and agree to adhere to the Code of Conduct & Safety Notices posted at Horseheath Racecourse. These are listed on our website and also available separately upon request and some but not all will be on the festival ground in places. If I choose not to agree I understand I will not be permitted to attend the event or if I break any of these, I may be asked to leave and may incur a ban from further BeautyOfTheBass Events.

I agree to keep my registration details up to date and correct, and that they match the details shown on my valid form of ID.

ID, Wristbands and unauthorised attendance:

I confirm that as of the first day of attendance of the Event, I will be 18 years of age or older.

Upon approaching the gates of the Event’s venue, I agree that I will provide an acceptable and valid/in-date form of photo identification (ID) upon arrival at the Event, to a member of crew. I  agree to prove this on the main gate, and at the check in desk. If driving, both me and any attendees in my car will have to hand and agree to have ID and QR codes ready to show to a member of crew to gain entry into the venue space.

If you are unsure whether your form of ID is acceptable, please email registration@botbevents.com well in advance of the Event to confirm its acceptance.

I agree to wear my wristband at all times and to not tamper with it.

I understand that if I attempt to sneak onto the site without having paid for a ticket, I will be ejected from the Event and site, and not be offered a refund. I acknowledge that his offence will incur a ban.

I understand that allowing a non paying attendee who has not paid for a ticket or a banned attendee onsite is strictly prohibited. Allowing someone to sneak onto the site as part of my vehicle is a bannable offence. I agree to report any person or persons whom I know have not paid / does not appear to have a wristband.

Within the event:

I agree that any costume items I choose to bring are at my own risk, and understand that the Event is held on natural ground. I also acknowledge that any costuming activities I partake in are done so at my own risk. BeautyOfTheBass Events Ltd, its Volunteers, and any other associated business’ cannot be held responsible for any damages sustained to my possessions.

I understand that I am responsible for my own personal property. The Event, its volunteers, and the ground owners are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings, including items, costumes, or accessories left in the Fursuit Lounge, events tents, sensory tents and by extension: the forest, the campsite, or anywhere within the Event space. Lost property should be reported to the welfare tent or handed in there, where it will be held for collection.

Stonehorse medical services will be providing professional medical assistance. However, in the event of any Event crew members from the Event or its Volunteers who offer any medical and welfare, I understand that they do so on a ‘best effort’ basis. You agree not to hold BeautyOfTheBass Events Ltd or its volunteers liable for any damage to possessions that may occur during such incidents.
I agree to hold harmless and indemnify BeautyOfTheBass Events Ltd and its volunteers from any claim as a result of personal injuries or damages to myself to my possessions as a result of my own activities.

I acknowledge that by attending Core Element, there may be allergens present in the Event and public spaces. Including but not limited to nuts, fructose, dairy, latex, and rubber. I also understand the Event is held on natural ground and therefore may be exposed to natural allergens, such as but not limited to wasps, bees, pollen, plants and animals. By choosing to attend, I agree to release and hold harmless BeautyOfTheBass Events Ltd and its volunteers from any claims for personal injury or other damages arising from exposure to or ingestion of these allergens and materials.

I understand that pets and animals are permitted only if they are active service animals with paperwork proof of their services. Should you have a registered service animal you must be given express permission by the BeautyOfTheBass Events Ltd team before the event by emailing us at registration@botbevents.com
